Minister of Tourism and Environment Fikri Ataoğlu and President of the Health Tourism Council Ahmet Savaşan attended the international meeting held at Elexus Hotel with the participation of nearly one hundred purchasing delegations from 25 countries in order to promote the Health Tourism opportunities of Northern Cyprus.
Emin Çakmak, Founding President of the World Health Tourism Council, who started his speech by saying that 11 organizations in TRNC were integrated into Map2heal last week and that Northern Cyprus can receive health tourists from 90 countries, stated that in the international session held with the organization of the Turkish Health Tourism Development Council, nearly 100 doctors and procurement delegations from 25 countries were effectively introduced to the Health Tourism opportunities of Northern Cyprus in the field of IVF.

Stating that TRNC has a great potential in terms of Health Tourism in IVF and other fields, Çakmak pointed out that the support of the TRNC Government for the development of this field is very important.
